Senior Manager of IT Audit's responsibilities: Define and manage the IT audit scope, budget, methodology, and long-term strategic direction, including automation and continuous monitoring initiatives. Direct IT audits, SOX-404 compliance, and real-time risk assessments, ensuring high-quality documentation and clear communication of findings. Partner with internal audit teams, external auditors, and business units to align IT risks with business impact and support enterprise initiatives. Recruit, manage, and develop IT audit staff, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure strong performance management practices. Manage resolution of audit findings, lead investigations when needed, and promote risk awareness and accountability across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Must hold a relevant IT audit certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC); CPA or CIA a plus. 8 years in IT/operational audit roles with increasing responsibility; minimum 4 years of supervisory experience. Must have public accounting experience. Strong knowledge of IT controls, risk frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO), systems implementation, security, and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
