Job Title: ERP Specialist / Technical Specialist / Lawson Finance / Procurement Lead Job ID: 2674037 Position Type: Full-Time Employment Location: Fully Remote (USA) Role/Responsibilities The ERP Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in the management and optimization of the ERP application, ensuring its effective installation, administration, and continuous improvement. This role significantly contributes to the organizations operational efficiency by collaborating with functional teams to meet quality requirements and project timelines, while also enhancing system performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Be the customer facing leader and lead the Lawson ERP team for General Ledger, Finance and Supply Chain 10 years IT experience supporting an ERP system, preferably for Lawson Finance 5 years’ experience leading an IT team and collaborating with Network Services, the user community, and management teams Must have professional developer program coding experience, team collaborations, project work, and Go Live migration experience Must have technical knowledge of Financial and Supply Chain components, how it is all integrated into other Finance modules, with HCM, external vendors, financial institutions, and government entities Must have problem solving skills Must be organized and able to adhere to schedules Must be able to identify and acknowledge scope creep and how to minimize its impact Must lead professional IT team, issue work assignments, prioritize, and know when a team member needs additional support to complete task in given timeline Candidate must have excellent communications skills in verbal, writing, and have experience delivering presentations to support team, user community, and managers Skilled in adhoc reporting for requests from management team Must maintain a high level of confidentiality, and a strong mind-set of data security Qualifications & Experience Skills Required: Lawson ERP team for General Ledger, Finance and Supply Chain Experience supporting an ERP system, preferably for Lawson Finance ERP Data Management Infor Lawson S3 -Lawson Finance Integration Modules SAP iMRO -Supply Chain Functional Skills (ERS)- Supplier Quality Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $ 79000 Pay Range Maximum: $ 161700 HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
