Location: Chestnut Hill Hospital: Brigham and Women’s Hospital Schedule: 3 overnight shifts/week | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Employment: Full-Time Why This Role Stands Out 1. Dedicated nocturnist role — no outpatient clinic 2. Work in a high-acuity academic environment 3. Predictable overnight schedule 4. Supportive, physician-led private practice 5. Nursing triage coverage overnight Key Responsibilities - In-house overnight Labor & Delivery coverage - Obstetric triage, labor, delivery, and postpartum care - Vaginal and cesarean deliveries - Urgent gynecologic consults - Collaboration with residents, midwives, nursing, anesthesia, and pediatrics Qualifications - MD or DO; OB/GYN residency completed - Board Certified or Board Eligible - Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure - Comfortable in a large academic hospital setting Compensation & Benefits - $300,000 – $350,000 annual salary - Malpractice insurance with tail - Health, dental, disability, life and vision coverage - CME allowance - Paid time off
