Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking
a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with
experience in the construction and modular building industry. This
role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building
strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the
commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The ideal
candidate will have a strong network, a deep understanding of
modular construction solutions, and the ability to develop and
execute business expansion strategies. Why join us? Location:

travel from time to time to New England Area (target market) Target
Salary: $75-100k plus a bonus/commission plan (uncapped) Full
Benefits Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market
Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in
modular construction, prefabrication, and off-site building
solutions. Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong
relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and
government agencies to promote modular solutions. Industry Research
& Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, emerging
construction technologies, and industry challenges to refine
business strategies. Sales & Contract Negotiation: Develop and
present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term
partnerships. Collaboration & Networking: Work closely with
internal teams (engineering, project management, and marketing) to
ensure alignment on project execution. Attend trade shows, industry
conferences, and networking events. Revenue & Performance Metrics:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor sales performance,
and report on business growth objectives. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, Marketing,
or a related field. Proven experience in business development,
sales, or account management within the modular construction or
off-site construction industry. Strong knowledge of modular
building systems, prefabrication techniques, and industry
regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills. Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and
construction estimating software. Ability to develop and execute
strategic growth plans. Established network within the construction
and modular building sector is a plus. Preferred Experience:
Experience working with developers, general contractors, or
government agencies on large-scale modular projects. Understanding
of permitting, zoning, and compliance regulations related to
modular buildings. Knowledge of sustainability trends, LEED
certification, and green building practices in modular
