Top ENR firm, family owned & operated, is looking for a Project
Manager to join their team, primarily Largescale Academic &
Healthcare projects in Rhode Iland! Generally will be a combo of
on-site / in-office, some jobs 100% onsite DO NOT hire on a
project-to-project basis, very clear they won't hire without
ability to keep them on - looking for people eager and excited to
be there for the long haul. Client Details Top ENR firm, family

team! Primarily work on Largescale Academic & Healthcare projects
in Rhode Island - also do Public/Community & Industrial Generally
will be a combo of on-site / in-office , some jobs 100% onsite In
business over 100 years Headquartered out of CT, second office in
Providence RI DO NOT hire on a project-to-project basis, very clear
they won't hire without ability to keep them on! They really are
looking for people who are eager and excited to be there. They
don't want someone that is looking for a three-year stepping stone
before moving on to something else. Because of the work and
projects that they do their work is recession proof. It was the
only industry that flourished during the crash in '08 because they

Project Manager is responsible for: Running projects from start
through completion on time & within budget Responsible for
scheduling & project financials currently Leading/Taking ownership
of the project they are on Establishing and maintaining excellent
working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
Upholding company image / professionalism Must be able to
commutable to project sites throughout Rhode Island Profile The
right Project Manager has the following qualifications: Strong
background in ground-up commercial work along the lines of
(Healthcare, public, K-12, Higher-Ed) Very comfortable managing
projects $15M-$30M start to finish 5 years of Project Management
experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required) Ability
to implement Lean construction principles Thorough understanding of
contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means
and method, materials, survey methods & overall construction
planning and cost control B.S. and/or M.S. degree in engineering or
construction management Computer skill & familiarity with
construction softwares P6, JD Edwards, Textura, BIM 360 Field - a
plus OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Job Offer The Project Manager will receive:
Base salary up to $160K Bonus Company truck / vehicle allowance
