They specialize in Water, wastewater, & sewer projects in MA Looking for someone who can hit the ground running - 7 years of experience working on civil, utility, or water/waste water projects! They specialize in Water, wastewater, & sewer projects in MA Looking for someone who can hit the ground running - 7 years of experience working on civil, utility, or water/waste water projects! *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Description The Superintendent will be responsible for: Overseeing & managing civil projects from start through completion Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports Profile The successful candidate has: 7 years of experience working as a Super (water/wastewater projects) Proficient in Procore, B2W, Vista MA CSL OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred Very comfortable running civil projects start to finish Thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means and method, materials, survey methods & overall construction planning and cost control Commutable all over the South Shore (projects from Boston down to the cape) Job Offer The Superintendent will receive: Compensation up to $160K Competitive benefits packages Career growth & development Job security, very stable pipeline for years to come Excellent work/life balence MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
