Some roles may include additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses, which vary based on specific plans.DescriptionJob Summary:Global Compliance & Ethics (GC&E) safeguards the enterprise through collaborative, innovative, and flexible solutions worldwide. The GC&E Compliance Enablement team offers a strategic view of compliance risks to support this mission. The Sr. Business Compliance Officer manages compliance risks, oversees the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA), aligns with other assurance functions, and provides insights to leadership for effective risk management.This position may require in-office presence depending on the candidate's location.Salary Range: $160,000 - $214,000, dependent on experience and location.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Business Compliance Officer leads our Compliance Risk Coordination team, which manages CRA execution, enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing CRA activities, establishing governance and procedures, ensuring proper documentation in eGRC, and driving global engagement and strategic improvements.
• Managing the global use of the eGRC platform for compliance activities, partnering with technology teams, and standardizing issue management processes.
• Coordinating with other assurance functions like Internal Audit and risk management to align compliance activities and reporting.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of compliance leadership experience.
  • JD or advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of legal, regulatory, and industry compliance requirements.
