Tik Tok . Job Description Associate Director, Brand (Supply Chain
Operations), Oncology Location: Massachusetts location or North
Chicago (onsite 3 days per week is a requirement for this role,
100% remote is not available), relocation support to North Chicago,
IL will be provide for a well qualitied candidate Purpose: The
Associate Director, Brand is responsible for strategically
coordinating complex Supply Chain and Operations teams with
overarching business objectives, ensuring compliance and strategic
contributions that significantly impact billion-dollar sales.
Manage and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders within
Brand, Operations and Commercial, to effectively oversee
strategies, risk management, and negotiations, ensuring the
successful implementation of brand/product forecasts and key
cross-functional initiatives. Provide global Brand and Product
analysis, strategy perspective, and oversight to Long-Range
Planning (LRP) and annual Plan, demand and inventory management.
Develop and execute effective product strategies and Brand plans
for Product Launches, Site Transfers, Security of Supply, Cost
Improvements, Risk and Lifecycle Management. Provide guidance for
the Global Brand team or similar collaborative cross functional
groups. Responsibilities: Drive multiple complex Supply Chain and
Operations Brand Program(s) to ensure timely decisions that impact
over $1 Billion in sales, leveraging stakeholder engagement and
cross-functional collaboration to align strategies, optimize risk
management, and enable successful brand/product forecasts and
project implementations. Primary interface with wide variety of
internal functions within Operations and Commercial to develop and
align on Brand and Product forecasts. Remain current on internal
and external factors impacting their Brand/Product(s). Manage and
engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Commercial
Directors, VPs, and SVPs, to effectively oversee strategies, risk
management, and negotiations, ensuring the successful
implementation of brand/product forecasts and key cross-functional
initiatives. Oversee and align the financial planning cycle,
including Long Range Planning (LRP) and the annual Plan, managing
inventory levels to ensure synchronization of strategic goals with
financial planning across all functions. Lead lifecycle management
with a strategic perspective to ensure alignment of changes with
business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
facilitate smooth transitions through the creation of change plans
and supply chain assessments for executing lifecycle programs.
Ensure strategic integration and alignment of developmental
products into brand planning by collaborating with the
Industrialization, Clinical Drug Supply Management, PPDST, and
Asset Strategy Teams, facilitating resource allocation, timeline
alignment, and synchronization of supply chain with clinical demand
planning to meet strategic trial needs and develop cohesive product
roadmaps and brand positioning. Leads initiatives for new solutions
or governance improvements that drive standardization and synergies
for cross-functional and Brand teams in a mutual and win-win
fashion. Presents to senior leaders in a manner that articulates
the scenario story and anticipates questions/concerns. Can command
attention and manage group dynamics during a presentation. Initiate
and manage program activities to optimize the operational
performance and meet strategic business needs while ensuring that
assurance of supply is achieved. Provide direct leadership by
mentoring and developing talent, fostering a culture of
collaboration and accountability within teams to enhance overall
performance and team dynamics. LI-AL1 Qualifications Bachelors
degree is required, in preferred fields such Business
Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or Science, plus business
and product management in Life Science. Advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Life Sciences or Phara,
Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Product Development
overseeing a wide range of complex and strategic brand functions
with impactful, multi-level management, ensuring harmonized
alignments with Pipeline, Clinical, PPDST, and Asset Strategy
operations. Strong leadership experience in driving complex
operations, strategic impact and wide stakeholder influence.
Establish effective communication to influence decisions, shaping
discussions, and keeping key stakeholders informed. Strong systemic
thinking that links to achieving business objectives. Understanding
how strategies and tactics affect financials. Strong knowledge in
data analytics and telling a story through data. Understanding of
supply, demand, and market dynamics and impact on brand for
Operations. General project management skills to ensure initiatives
are meeting deadlines and appropriate stakeholders and involved.
