Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the formation of investment funds, including private
equity and hedge funds
Choose appropriate legal structures and navigate regulatory
requirements
Draft essential documents involved in fund creation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of corporate experience with a focus on fund formation
and finance
Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
Experience in the corporate practice group of a national or
regional law firm is preferred
Outstanding references
