A-Line Staffing is now hiring a NOC Technician ??? Remote (EST
Hours) for a major national retail client. The NOC Technician
position is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a flexible
schedule within 8:00 AM ??? 8:00 PM EST. This role offers

Must be available for an 8-hour shift within 8:00 AM ??? 8:00 PM
EST (exact shift TBD) Training: Monday???Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 5:00
PM EST Location: 100% Remote ??? Work From Home Safety Sensitive
Position NOC Technician ??? Remote (EST Hours) Responsibilities
Apply and validate network configurations (routers, switches)
during store deployments Execute real-time network changes in
coordination with ROC and field technicians Administer and execute
deployment plans for new solutions and system upgrades Perform
hardware upgrades and replacements for network equipment Monitor
network performance and respond to incidents promptly Troubleshoot
connectivity issues; escalate complex problems when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation for network systems, procedures,
and troubleshooting NOC Technician ??? Remote (EST Hours)
Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Associate???s or
Bachelor???s degree in IT or Networking preferred Minimum 2 years
of technical support or NOC experience required Familiarity with
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools Strong
communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote
environment Must have a quiet home office setup Must have
high-speed internet ??? internet speed test screenshot required
with resume Must be able to work an EST shift between 8:00 AM and
8:00 PM Preferred Qualifications Experience with Mist by Juniper
for switch/wireless management Familiarity with ticketing systems
like ServiceNow or Jira Strong documentation and problem-solving
