Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This position offers a contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services located in Worcester, MA. The role focuses on supporting students developmental and educational needs within a school environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success - Document therapy sessions and progress in compliance with school policies and regulations - Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide therapeutic input Qualifications and Experience: - Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist - Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings - Knowledge of educational regulations and IEP process - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Location: Worcester, MA This contract role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes within a supportive school setting.
