Position Join Our Dedicated Team as a Psychiatry - Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist Are you passionate about making a

are seeking a highly qualified Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry professional to provide exceptional care and support to
our young patients. This vital role offers an opportunity to work
in a collaborative environment committed to improving lives through
compassionate, expert psychiatric services. Required Skills: Must
hold active Massachusetts medical license. Board-certified or
eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Completion of Child
and Adolescent Boarded CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention)
training. Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication
skills. Ability to develop tailored treatment plans for pediatric
and adolescent populations. Compassionate approach with a focus on
patient-centered care. Adept at collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams and family members. Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working in pediatric mental health settings.
Bilingual abilities or multilingual fluency. Familiarity with
telepsychiatry platforms. Additional certifications in crisis
intervention or trauma-informed care. Preferred Education and
Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited
institution. Successfully completed Residency and Fellowship in
Psychiatry with specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a child and adolescent
psychiatric setting. Other Requirements: Active MA medical license
in good standing. Ability to travel as required for off-site
consultations or training. Certification in CPI and other relevant
mental health interventions. Commitment to ongoing professional
development and adherence to ethical standards. This is a
