New need for Heme/Oncology locum in Worchester, MA-January to July-Outpatient-MA license required-$490 Hr-Flexible days week-need full time Saint Vincent Hospital - TPR 123 Summer St Worcester, MA 01608 EMR-Clinic is ONCO EMR Hospital Cerner Outpatient Avg 15-18 ppd MA license required to apply Jan start and at least a 6 month commitment and must be able to do at least 3-4 days per week Department: Oncology Reason for Coverage (if start date is less than 90 days, give reason why): 2 MDS leaving Specialty (use additional dropdowns if necessary): Oncology-Hematology Dates Needed (please include start and end times): ASAP, clean record and MA license preferred Start Date: End Date: 6 to 12 months Monday Through Friday- 3 to 5 days per week with clinic call Practice Setting: Outpatient: Inpatient: Telehealth: Outpatient Admissions Required?
