8-4:30 Position Summary: Provides in-home patient care which will
include supportive care, physical care, pain management care,
preventive care and personal care to maximize the comfort and
health of terminally ill patients and their families. Compensation
based on experience $34 - $35 per hour Experience: • Hospice
experience required • Minimum of 2 years general med/surg nursing
with at least 1 year in an acute setting preferred • Demonstrates
ability to respond appropriately to the needs of patients and
