Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology Nurse Coordinator/Navigator position in a busy ambulatory clinic, requiring MA licensure and oncology expertise. Responsibilities - Ambulatory hematology/oncology clinic setting - Solid tumor patient population in a unit with 27 treatment bays and exam rooms - 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm - No weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts - Use of Epic EMR is required - Primary responsibilities include patient navigation, care coordination, and supporting oncology patients through treatment - This is a nurse coordinator/navigator role with a focus on patient advocacy and interdisciplinary collaboration - Pass/fail Tele/ECG and medication testing may be required at certain campuses - Parking may cost up to $43 per day at the Boston location Requirements - Active Massachusetts RN license in hand - Minimum of one year recent oncology nursing experience - Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA) certification required - Chemotherapy/biotherapy certification highly preferred - Must be proficient in Epic EMR - Knowledge of inabset management is required - Must not have been employed by Beth Israel Lahey Health in the previous 6 months - Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals allowed) - COVID-19 vaccine, booster, and seasonal flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed) Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-664744.
