Job Description AG Globe Services is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract RN Telemetry/Neuro | $63.75/hour | 36 hours/week We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry/Neuro team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be clinically strong in telemetry monitoring and neurological patient care, with the ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment. Schedule & Shift Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 36 hours per week 3x12-hour shifts Every other weekend Every other holiday Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to telemetry and neuro patients Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize/respond to telemetry changes Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and timely interventions Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols Accurately document patient care using Meditech Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float to similar units as needed based on staffing and patient care needs Requirements Active Massachusetts RN License BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Strong experience in Telemetry and Neuro Meditech experience required Ability to pass a Telemetry competency test on the first day of orientation Flexibility to float to comparable units Preferred Qualifications Prior acute care hospital experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills Ready to take the next step?
