Registered Nurse (RN) – Resident Health Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week |
Every Other Weekend Required Location: Independent Living Community
| Commonwealth of Massachusetts Salary Range: $50–$55/hr (Open to
Discussion for Exceptional Candidates) We are seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Resident Health
department, providing high-quality care to independent living
residents. This is a permanent, full-time role with a schedule of
8:30am–5:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am–4:30pm on weekends, working
every other weekend. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing
care and ongoing case management to residents. Conduct home visits
within the community to evaluate resident health. Monitor
medications, treatments, and respond to emergencies. Collaborate
with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow
care plans. Participate in resident/family meetings as needed.
Ensure delivery of person-centered, respectful care.
Qualifications: Current RN license in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts. Experience in elder care or residential health
preferred. Excellent clinical, communication, and critical thinking
skills. Must be physically able to walk throughout the building and
enter resident apartments. If you or someone you know may be
