Qualifications: - 3 years clinical experience in a geriatric, home
care or primary care setting - Board Certified as a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Unlimited Licensure in the
state of Massachusetts - Active DEA License The salary range for
this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time
employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum
