compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to
join our team in East Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will
work closely with a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional
care, helping residents regain mobility, strength, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities: - Implement treatment plans developed by the
supervising PT to improve patient outcomes. - Provide hands-on
therapy to help patients regain functional mobility. - Monitor and
document patient progress, ensuring compliance with therapy goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive
care. - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies
to maintain progress. Qualifications: - Licensure as a Physical
Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
licensure. - Strong communication, organizational, and patient care
