Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Float Pool) Department: Float Pool Facility Address: Burlington, Massachusetts, 01805 Contract Type: Travel Shift Type: Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM, every other weekend) Duration: 13-Week Contract Start Date: 07/14/2025 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Openings: 2 Positions Floating: Required to ICU and PCU as needed Position Summary Our client is seeking experienced and adaptable Critical Care Registered Nurses to join the Float Pool team for a night shift assignment. This role involves floating between ICU and PCU units as needed and demands strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment. Travel nursing experience and proficiency with EPIC are essential. Job Duties Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU and PCU settings Monitor and manage critical care patients, including ventilators, drips, and advanced cardiac support Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes Requirements Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required Experience: 2–5 years of ICU experience required Trauma Level I experience preferred (Level II may be considered) Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission Application Process:/nPlease submit your resume to ashutosh.kumar@medcadre.com or call 949-620-6188.
