Candidates must have experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic
procedures. Punctuality with a 30-minute call back time is
required. A flexible schedule is essential. Description: This
position requires a travel CVOR technician to work in a surgical
setting. The shift is from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM with on-call
requirements. Two years of experience in a hospital setting is
required. The team consists of a charge nurse, registered nurses,
scrub techs, and aides. The unit typically handles a variety of
procedures including CABG, valves, TAVR, and others. The role
includes circulating and assisting in the operating room. Support
will be provided by a nurse and the other surgical team members.
The environment is described as a small, cohesive team with
long-standing members. This position provides an opportunity to
work in a stimulating and supportive surgical environment.
Additional call requirements include one weekend a month and 2-3
days per week. Scrubs will be provided, and a flexible,
self-motivated approach is valued.
