Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position Title: Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry Location: Concord, MA Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), every other weekend, every other holiday Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Unit: MedSurg / Telemetry Float Requirement: May float to like units Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg/Telemetry team in Concord, MA. This night shift position involves comprehensive patient care with a focus on telemetry and neuro cases. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing complex patient needs in a fast-paced hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, with a strong emphasis on neuro patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient information and care accurately using MediTech. Float to similar units as required. Mandatory Qualifications: Active Massachusetts RN license (MA RN). BLS Certification (must be from the American Heart Association). Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in MedSurg and Telemetry. Proven competency in telemetry and neuro patient care. Additional Requirements: MediTech experience is required. Tele test will be administered on the first day of orientation to confirm telemetry proficiency. Note: “We are an equal opportunity employer.
