Recovery Specialist – Inpatient (Male-Only Environment)
Location: Tewksbury, MA Job Type: Contract | 13 Weeks Schedule:
Saturday – Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week) About the
Role: Recovery Specialist for a contract position in our
Transitional Support Services unit in Tewksbury. This is a
male-only inpatient environment where clients receive medical and
emotional support during a critical phase of their recovery
journey. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a key role in
maintaining a safe and structured program setting while supporting
clients through their treatment plans and recovery milestones. This
is an ideal opportunity for compassionate professionals dedicated
to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals
recovering from substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring
client activities Conduct client well-being checks every 30 minutes
Perform telephone admission screenings and assist with admissions
procedures Search client belongings during admissions and
discharges as required Complete all shift documentation and
checklists accurately and on time Provide support to clients
through daily interaction and structure
