We offer a stable, supportive, and growing organization that focuses on your needs and interests.Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager.Coverage needs primarily in and around the Douglas, Oxford, Sutton, Webster, Dudley, Uxbridge, MA area.Monday-Friday, 40 hours/weekFull-time, ContractCompetitive pay rate plus mileage reimbursementNo weekends, holidays or on-call required!The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge.
