Job Description:
The Nurse Practitioner provides clinical primary care through an
interdisciplinary, patient-centered approach, considering
psychosocial factors.
Maintains high standards of care by utilizing diagnostic testing
appropriately and offering suitable treatments.
Engages patients effectively, ensuring comprehensive documentation
of care.
Demonstrates professionalism, seeks physician consultation when
needed, and advances quality improvement.
Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with strong
communication skills.
Requires at least 2 years of primary care experience, Maryland
licensure, clinical certification, and experience in diverse and
community health settings.
Comfortable working in clinical environments, traveling between
clinics, and handling physical and technical demands of the
role.
