Job Location: North Reading, MA 01864

Job Duration: 6 Months (Contract) (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

Pay Range: $36.78/hr - $38.78/hr

Job Description:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

2+ years of supply chain experience

Bachelor's degree in STEM or MBA

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in project management, stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Order Management functional experience in Manufacturing organization
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
