Constellation, a leading energy company offering a spectrum of energy solutions including power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management services is seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer to lead engineering initiatives across multiple projects. This role is instrumental in driving the innovation and execution of energy solutions that not only meet current customer demands but also align with sustainable energy practices. Lead and direct large-scale engineering projects with a focus on sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, aligned with the strategic goals of the company. Develop and oversee detailed engineering plans, designs, and specifications. Ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations and standards. Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic solutions to mitigate potential risks. Lead the engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensuring professional development. Stay abreast with the latest industry technologies and trends, incorporating innovative practices into the company's projects. Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering and renewable energy systems. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in various engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Revit). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license required. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certification in sustainable energy or renewable resources is advantageous.
