The ideal candidate is a Senior .NET Engineer who will collaborate with team leads to innovate and develop high-impact features for our retirement platform.   • Develop scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions using .NET Core, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into maintainable solutions.
  • Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, optimization, and adherence to best practices in security, quality, and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain critical platforms to ensure high availability and seamless user experiences.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues, minimizing downtime and improving system efficiency.
  • Explore emerging technologies and architectural improvements to keep solutions innovative.
  • Participate actively in technical discussions with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on shared learning and innovation.
  • Drive development excellence through best practices and design patterns.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and scalable solution design.
  • Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage priorities effectively.
