Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is partnered with a construction company located in Warwick, RI seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This role does not require industry experience and someone who has phone-based or in-person customer service skills would transfer their skills very well into this company! About the Company: Founded 30 years ago They are well-respected in their field, serving commercial businesses Growing company with casual and supportive environment Hands-on training for someone willing to learn Key Responsibilities: Answering phones for customer calls Organizing customer requests and communicating internally to arrange service Managing the workload of assigned technicians and maintaining their schedule Debriefing with technicians following service appointments Maintaining accurate customer records Performing clerical duties associated with the role What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in customer service work including high volume phone calls or in-person service such as restaurant or retail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ZRCFS INJUN2025
