Description The Superintendent - Growing GC - South Shore will be responsible for: Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues promptly. Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee superior craftsmanship. Foster a culture of safety, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and costs. Profile The Superintendent - Growing GC - South Shore should have: 6 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in both commerical and multifamily sectors MA CSL (REQUIRED) In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safety standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
