We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APM to join one of the leading GCs in MA! This is a very active and urgent role, so please reach out ASAP if you are interested! Client Details About the client: Office located in Leominster, MA Projects located throughout New England Started in 2014, since then have expanded to multiple states and grown their business to roughly 50 people Specialize in Warehouse, Industrial, Commercial, Multifamily, and Healthcare projects Both Ground Up & renovations Excellent tenured employees with a large amount of repeat business Pride themselves on stellar client relations Description The APM will be responsible for: Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to meet project deadlines. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, including project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs (Request for Information). Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, prepare cost reports, and assist in cost control measures to keep projects within financial constraints. Quality Assurance: Visit sites as needed with the Project Manager or in lieu of the Project Manager Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and delays. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and safety standards.
