About the Role Pro Fleet Solutions is hiring Mobile Fleet Technicians of all experience levels to service and repair commercial vans in the field. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, we have the tools, team, and training to help you succeed. What You’ll Do Perform basic maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, and inspections Assist or lead repairs on more complex systems: electrical, suspension, starters, radiators, step assemblies, doors Work on Ford Transit, RAM ProMaster, and Freightliner vans Keep your work van clean, organized, and fully stocked Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and dispatch Who You Are All skill levels considered – from entry-level to advanced technicians Willing to learn, reliable, and committed to quality work Self-sufficient and confident when completing assigned tasks Comfortable using a tablet or mobile app to log work orders Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced, mobile work environment What You’ll Get Top Pay : $25–$45/hour based on skill and performance Flexible Schedule : Choose from day, night, or weekend shifts Career Growth : We promote from within and offer on-the-job training Supportive Team : Tools, parts, and dispatch support provided Job Type : Full-time or part-time Expected Hours : 25–40 per week Location : Mass
