Job Description:
Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a luxury retailer
in Cranston on their search for a Senior Accountant. Our client was
established over 70 years ago and specializes in elegance, luxury,
and beauty products. Senior Accountant Highlights: This position
will be a critical part of the daily financial activities of the
organization High visibility with daily interaction of department
heads and external auditors Report directly to the Senior Director
of Finance Strong company culture that is employee-centric, with

Responsibilities: Manage all balance sheet accounts from
reconciliation through resolution Conduct financial and cost
analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts Prepare
supporting schedules for external auditors for periodic and
year-end audits Prepare annual workpapers and work with external
auditors Manage cash audit and application processes Responsible
for chargeback process and reporting Oversee customer liability
processes Manage direct report's performance and professional
development Provide guidance and support to finance team regarding
financial information and accounting policies Recommend initiatives
for process optimization and automation to support company growth
Contribute to department and organization special projects as
assigned. Senior Accountant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting required 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Excel
