Trust and Estate Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.

Manage a caseload of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
* Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
* Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients.

degree from an accredited law school.
* 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
* Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle complex legal matters.
