Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor based South of Boston is actively looking for a Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on large commercial and multifamily projects up to $65M throughout the Greater Boston area! Our client is a small General Contractor based South of Boston. Multifamily, Senior Living, and General Commercial. Their projects range from $40M - $60M, both ground up and fit outs. They pride themselves on their company culture and prioritize the well being of all employees. They are working on a Ground up Multifamily Projects on the South Shore of Massachusetts they are looking to staff. This project will go on for the next 18 months with plenty of work in the pipeline afterwards.
Overseeing on-site daily project operations
Generating daily project reports
Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff
Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Experience successfully overseeing commercial/multifamily construction projects

3 weeks PTO + sick and holidays
